Fish War episode 1: Blue fish baked in a salt crust with lemon sauce and potato, tomato, and basil confit

So a not so exciting weekend, but still fun. Saturday started as always slow but then picked up. I went down to watch Head of Charles, a rowing race here in Boston. That was interesting even though I must admit that I did not quite get it. At the race I met a lady from Main who wanted me to send her pictures as she forgot her camera. She was really nice and it turned out that she had been teaching english in Freiburg, sometimes the world is small. After eating a cheese burger at the race I decided to go Haymarket and see if they had any fish, and they had... lots of it. With such a selection of fresh fish I eventually decided for Blue fish (Pomatomus saltatrix). The blue fish can get as big as 18 kg and can be cought around here from June to October when it migrates south. They normally live in shallow waters. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluefish)
